What is the 101 Auto-Ship Program?
101 Auto-Ship Program is a tool which is designed to save you Money and Time. Here is how it works:

Most Auto-Ship orders come with a discount on top of the everyday low price of the item. If we change an Auto-Ship item's discount pricing, we'll automatically apply the new discount to your future deliveries. We may periodically offer additional temporary Auto-Ship discounts on top of our regular discounts. We will automatically add the additional discount to qualifying Auto-Ship orders that we ship out during these promotional periods. Plus, all Auto-Ship delivery items ship for free.
Pay as You Go!
You'll be charged for each order ONLY when the item is ready to be shipped. The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is processed less the Auto-Ship discount, plus any applicable sales tax. Pay only for orders that have shipped.
A valid credit card is required for Auto-Ship orders. Your credit card information is NOT stored in your customer account, so there will be no security issues if your online account is compromised or broken into.
How Does Auto-Ship Work?
We ship all your items by your monthly Auto-Ship delivery day (excluding weekends and major holidays) Your monthly Auto-Ship delivery day is the day of the month by which we will ship all of your upcoming subscriptions. Sending all of your Auto-Ship subscriptions on the same day makes managing your subscriptions more streamlined and predictable and helps reduce the number of boxes you receive.
We understand you may need to change or cancel your Auto-Ship subscription. If this is the case, you can visit the Your "My Auto-Shipments" page, click “Edit” and choose one of the options:
- "Suspend the Auto-Shipment"
- "Renew Your Auto-shipment"
- "Cancel Your Auto-shipment"

Get Email Reminders
Before we send your next order, we will send you an e-mail letting you know your order will be processed soon, giving you time to make updates to your subscription as necessary.
Update your Auot-Ship Options at your Convenience
Once enrolled in 101 Auto-Ship program, you are in complete control. Use the "My Auto-Shipments" page in Your Account at any time to change the billing address, shipping address, or payment method. Changes will take place immediately and will be applied to all unshipped orders associated with your subscription.
Cancel your Auto-Ship at Any Time!
There are no commitments. Cancel your Auto-Ship subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Use the "My Auto-Shipments" page, which can be found in Your Account.
May I subscribe to Auto-Ship without creating an account?
The answer is No. Because if you do not have an account at our website, we simply cannot store your shipping/billing information for your future Auto-Ship orders to be processed and you also will have no tools or option to alter, extend or cancel your Auto-Ship subscription.

IMPORTANT - We reserve the right to cancel all new subscription orders for customers who frequently suspend existing subsciptions and start new subscriptions as a means to save more on their single time pruchases.
Please also be advised that 101Cosmetics.com reserves the right to adjust the Auto-Ship pricing for your remaining orders in quo, if and when a price increase for that item is implemented on our website, due to an increase in wholesale and/or retail price. You will have the opportunity to cancel your Auto-Ship orders before it is processed and shipped, as an email announcement for your next order’s processing date will be sent out, a few days before each payment is processed.
