All products sold on 101Cosmetics.com are physician recommended, shipped in Original Manufacturer sealed packaging and are guaranteed for freshness. All orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of completion. Orders completed on Fridays, Weekends or National and Government Holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Returns

https://www.101cosmetics.com/ wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to irritation or allergic reaction AND it contains at least 50% of the product, you may simply return the product to us within 30 days of purchase date for credit towards your credit card account, subject to the following conditions:

• - 101Cosmetics.com does not honor returns for product inefficacy or lack of results
• - Full Refund will be ONLY issued for unopened products: The products that have not been used, sampled and the packaging seal or wrapping has not been broken, tampered with or removed. (Shipping Charges excluded)
• - A 25% handling fee will be deducted from all opened, used or sampled items, no exception. (35% handling fee on all Clarisonic® products)
• - A 50% handling fee will be charged to all products returned with original box, documents or accompanying parts missing or damaged.
• - No refund or exchange will be given if you order a product that is too strong for your skin type, i.e. a product is stronger than the entry level item from each group.
• - Customer is responsible for safe returning of the product/s, including the return postage and packaging costs. 
• - Customer must return all promotional (Free, discounted, etc.) items that have been included with their original order in an "unopened, new" condition. All promotional items returned in used/sampled condition will be charged at the full sale price of the unit as listed on our website.

To initiate your return, you must contact us via our online customer service center to create a support ticket and obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) Number. Please reference your order number and the reason for the return. A customer care associate will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and instructions for return. ALL RETURNED PACKAGES NOT DISPLAYING A VALID RMA# ON THE OUTSIDE THE PACKAGE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.  ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

101 Mega Savers^TM Return Policy: Due to high volume discount offered on 101 Mega Savers^TM Packages, we do not offer a money back guarantee on opened, used or sampled products. We also do not accept partial returns. Unopened shipping boxes with their content untouched may be returned for an in-house credit only which can be applied towards your future purchases. All returned items must accompany a valid RMA number which can be obtained by contacting customer service and must be returned fully insured. 

Customers who have previously returned opened, sampled or used product/s for refund acknowledge that all their future purchases at 101Cosmetics.com are considered final and no return will be accepted.

Customer agrees that 101Cosmetics.com's return policy supersedes any other return policies, including the product manufacturer's return policy if longer than the period as allowed by this policy.

SPECIAL ITEMS/FREE SHIPPING ITEMS Refund Policy:

All sales are final for the following products:

1. Professional Size products
2. Travel Size Products
3. Sample/Try-before-you-buy Size Products

The Original Shipping Costs paid by 101 Cosmetics for the orders shipped under the "free shipping" offer will be deducted from the total refund for all the returned orders, no exception.

Try-before-you-buy items are sample size units (bottles, tubes,...). 101Cosmetics.com may charge a non-refundable processing fee for these items. Please be advised that these items are solely provided for evaluation purpose and cannot be returned for a refund.

Sales Tax

8.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California only.

Our Coupon Policy  

We issue promotional discount coupon codes for items we sell on our website.

The coupon codes we issue and authorize are subject to the following terms and conditions:

•      - Unless otherwise noted on the coupon, all coupon codes are issued with a minimum of $50.00 spend requirement. This minimum spend requirement is detailed with the coupon code.
•      - Unless specifically noted on the coupon, coupons are valid for one use per customer.
•      - All coupon codes include an expiration date. We do not issue open ended coupon codes. The expiration time is at 12:01 am PST on the date the coupon expires.
•      - We always exclude coupon usage on some items. For coupons that have a minimum spend requirement, purchase of these coupon exempt items are not used in the calculation of the total purchase amount for other qualifying items in the same order.
•      - The coupon code must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout on the payment page. Failure to do so does not entitle the customer to a refund of the coupon discount amount after the sale. We cannot retro-actively apply coupon discounts for orders already placed.
•      - All coupon codes we issue are non-negotiable and have no cash value.
•      - We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order if in our opinion the coupon used was unauthorized, ineligible, obtained illegally or altered in any way.
•      - Discount coupons may not be used on bulk orders which have already been discounted.

Checkout & Order Confirmation

When you're done shopping, click the Shopping Cart then click the Checkout button, found on the Shopping Cart Contents page. This is where you will be given the opportunity to review your order. You will see the total amount of your order, excluding shipping, if any. Next, you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping address then a review of the order and your Credit Card information. In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, all orders are shipped via USPS Mail with free delivery confirmation information forwarded to you. In order to preserve the integrity of certain products, during periods of excessive heat or cold and product ordered, may not be sent until the following Monday. All products are shipped in boxes, padded envelopes are not used. Overnight shipping is available upon request and will be charged on checkout.
Note: Delivery times are approximate but not guaranteed.

Below is a list of the 2013 United States Post Office (USPS) holidays. Mail will not be delivered or sent on these days, so we are unable to ship or deliver the products on these dates. If you do not feel comfortable with standard USPS delivery service or live in a location with known mail theft issues, please select the paid and insured methods such as USPS Priority or Express mail 

Products in stock are normally shipped within 1 business days. Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available. If the back-ordered item is on extended delay through the manufacturer, we will remove the item from your order, and issue a credit for that amount, and ship the remainder of the order to you. Customers will be notified via email within 1 (one) business day if a product is OUT OF STOCK.

All PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii ship by PRIORITY MAIL ONLY. NO APO/FPO DELIVERIES AT THIS TIME.
